How can I pay for the Bebras Task cards? 

You can pay via your debit/credit card.

Is it safe to buy Bebras cards online? 

We take the safety of our clients very seriously and it is therefore completely safe and secure to shop with us. You can read how we look after your personal data in our Privacy Statement.

Where else can I purchase Bebras Task cards? 

We only sell the cards online on the official Bebras Play E-shop. We will keep our subscribers and fans updated with any new developments regarding the availability of Bebras products elsewhere.

When is my order going to be delivered? 

Once we receive your payment, we will send the order to your address in Lithuania within 5 working days. For international orders, it can take up to 10 working days. In case of unforeseen circumstances or any other reason that we expect your delivery to take longer than the estimated time, we will contact you personally.

I am unable to complete the order on your website. What should I do? 

Please make sure your payment details are entered correctly and your Internet connection is working well. If you are still unable to complete your order, please get in touch with us and we will be very happy to help you.

How do I return an item? 

We sincerely hope that you will be completely satisfied with Bebras Task cards. However, if you change your mind or receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 14 days of your order arrival day to claim a refund.

I forgot my password. What should I do? 

Go to the Bebras Play Registration Page and click on the “Forgot your password” link. You will be asked to enter your email address. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instruction provided on the screen. All done!
